2nd Hole – “Priory Park”

This is a short par four of just over 300 yards. It features a tricky tee shot between the trees with a second shot to a well bunkered raised green. At stroke index 16, this hole can prove difficult in high winds and can easily be underestimated by the visitor.

“Although somewhat short, the 2nd hole can cause a lot of problems off the tee. The sensible golfer takes a fairway wood or long iron off the tee, leaving a relatively straightforward short iron to the green for their second shot.”
